Healing — Restores lives when you are treated by bandage. Each 1% +1 hp
Humans have maximum value of 135%. After 130% it is possible to increase 5% only by TM balls

Poisoning — The skill is higher, then more than % recover from a Poison at once.
For necromancers, the poisoning works restoration of lives from magic of Poison. 1% — 1 hp

Magery — The skill is higher, then magic is stronger. Paladin adds a damage at critical blow from sword

Magic Resistance — The skill is higher, then more protection against magic is higher

Vampirism — Each 1% adds +1 to restoration of hp from a blood bottle

Parrying — Each 1% adds +1 to physical defence

Archery — Each 1% adds +1 to physical damage

Anatomy — The skill is higher, then it is more damage from critical blow ( for Barbarian )
The skill is higher, then higher buff from Holy Essence. 1% gives +1 to stats ( for Paladin )

Necromancy — Each 1% adds +1hp to restoration of life for “Stone Health”

Detect Hidden — Each 1% adds +1 tile detection radius

Tracking — Each 1% adds +2 seconds duration of enemy tracing

Evaluating Intel — Each 2% adds +1 to magical damage

Swordsmanship — Each 1% adds +1 to physical damage

Fencing — Each 1% adds +1 to physical damage

Macefighting — Each 1% adds +1 to physical damage

Animal Taming — Each 1% adds +1 hour (Animals) and to capture of Serpent’s Hold sphere

Arms Lore — Adds chance to bush at blow

Meditation — Each 1% adds +1 to magical damage
